HR Development Officer

S1 Psychology, Law or Management HR, Min. 8 years experience as HRD Field, or having experience at least 5 years of working experience in Human Resources Department preferably in EPC,  familiar with job analysis, performance analysis, organization development, competency development and training need analysis is preferable. And Excellency in computer literates  (Ms. Word,  Ms Excel. Ms PowerPoint) is a must. Able to work under pressure and ready to work overtime
