About CSR


JIND's CSR footsteps began three years ago, when JIND aligned business with society and industry that experienced changes at an accelerating speed, and directed its efforts to achieve a sustainable society. To implement the sustainable responsible business, one of its efforts is to apply the objective through concrete steps and actions to the society. Furthermore, JIND CSR performed to support employee’s engagement program and employee’s self-development which expected to provide added value to the company itself.
CSR is the 3rd most important driver for employee engagement and organization’s reputation for CSR is an important driver for retention and engagement.

Based on the positive impacts to the company generated f om social activity initiations per formed regularly in annual basis, JIND decided to continue the initiations and develop it in larger scale into CSR.
