After cemented JGC’s position in Indonesia market by being involved in the construction of the first Liquified Natural Gas (LNG) refinery in Indonesia, JGC Indonesia is actively participating in the achievement of the JGC Group which has designed and built an LNG refinery that accounts for more than 30% of the total volume of world LNG production at present. This achievement has made JGC stand as a leading LNG plant contractor, which has helped customers succeed in projects by accommodating their needs.

The development plan for the exploitation of LNG resources is expected to continue to grow, especially in Asia. Responding to the increase in demand, JGC Indonesia continues to work on improving the LNG plant by utilizing modular construction for facilities, developing project implementation technology for areas with extreme cold weather, and practical use of FLNG and combining it with its superior project management capabilities. These efforts were made to maintain JGC's position as a leading LNG plant contractor.
