As part of its ongoing commitment to occupational health and safety, PT. JGC Indonesia successfully held the First Aid Certification Training for workplace responders from May 26 to 28, 2025, at the Multi-Purpose Hall, 12th Floor of JGC Indonesia Headquarters.
This training was conducted in collaboration with PT. Kreasi Edukasi Manajemen Indonesia, a certified training provider, and was attended by 12 selected employees who also serve as Floor Wardens in their respective work areas.
During the three-day session, participants received comprehensive theoretical and hands-on training on how to properly and quickly provide first aid in various emergency situations. The modules included treatment for wounds, fractures, fainting, cardiac arrest, and also covered CPR techniques and the use of basic medical tools. Practical simulations were conducted to ensure participants could confidently respond to real-life emergencies.
The main objective of the program was to enhance the preparedness and first aid skills of selected employees, empowering them to take immediate and appropriate action in the event of workplace incidents. This initiative also aims to strengthen the company’s safety culture by equipping personnel with essential life-saving knowledge.
This training is a tangible demonstration of JGC Indonesia’s commitment to implementing Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) principles across all levels of the organization. Moving forward, the company hopes to continue organizing similar programs regularly to maintain a safe, healthy, and responsive work environment.
